The General Stewart Branch has rental space available for small and large meetings, parties, receptions, funerals, etc. and the rates are affordable. NOTE: Great Plate Catering is the sole food service provider for our Branch facilities.
Memorial Hall $30.00 per Hour
Can hold up to 300 guests, accommodates theatre style seating, features private entrance, coat area reception desks, stage, private bar, and 2 large capacity washrooms. It is also equipped with a built in PA system with DVD, HD projector and screen, WIFI and variable lighting.
NE Hall $25.00 Per Hour
Can hold up to 150 guests with theatre style seating, private entrance, and 2 single capacity washrooms. Catering is available as well as a built in PA system and portable projector and screen is available.
Upstairs Lounge $25.00 Per Hour includes Pool
This is a great party room and is suitable for up to 60 guests. It is equipped with a TV, pool table, 3 dart boards, private bar and 2 medium capacity washrooms. NOTE: This room is not handi-cap accessible.
Boardroom $10.00 Per Hour
Can hold up to 20 people for any meeting/training needs. This room has a portable projector and screen as well as a whiteboard for presentations. Tables can be placed together or separated to form a classroom environment.
The General Stewart Branch welcomes any and all space rental requests. Hall availability is not guaranteed. In order to ensure the rental space you are requesting is available, we recommend you book at least 3-6 months in advance of your event.
